[ASK] Buying previously banned amazon affiliate site

Hello everyone.

I just bought an amazon affiliate site which is quite good with decent monthly earnings. The problem is, previously owner of this site said that his amazon account get banned. Here is the ban reason http://puu.sh/qnjxK/f7468e3c02.png (the reason is absurd in my opinion, as this site has around 250K words handwritten content)

This "Please note that any other accounts you have or may open in the future may be closed, in which case you will not receive any advertising fees. "

Question:

Will i have problem in the future if i am using it? as we know that amazon kinda crazy they can track everything and I am afraid that they mistaken me as the previous owner and get me banned because of duplicate closed account (which is obviously wrong). I've asked their customer support but they just answered with general anwers (read the affiliate agreement bla bla bla what the ... )

I am not paranoid, was banned saveral times but I always change my domain when it happens. This is my first time bought a "banned amazon affiliate site"

What's your thought?

If the site doesn't meet their quality bar then there's a good chance it will get banned again unless you bring it up to their standard (whatever that is). The reason probably is absurd, but they've made it clear they don't want their links on the site.

Does the site have professional feel? Maybe it looks spammy (affiliate links on all pages)? Maybe traffic was crappy?
