did you check auction insights to see how competition is doing and if there's any peaks on certain days, hours etc?

Because historically the highest paid by other advertisers is around $5. That's why I am expecting an avg CPC to be $5. I believe my conversion rate is at a healthy rate which is around 30%

try to do an experiment and use maximise conversions but from the portfolio bid strategies where you can set a max cpc as well. if it converts the same or at good enough return for you, maybe just switch 100% of the traffic to portfolio max conv with max cpc

It's suitable for branding campaigns, ROI wise, doesnt seems a good idea.
CPC depends on Quality Score. Focus on it, CPC will come down.

Usually Landing Page doesn't have any issues with it. It should be fine unless and until it's violating Google Ads policies.

Yes many times. Focus on B2B Keywords, focus on building leads plus using Phone extensions. I will also look out on my competitors campaign on how they are targeting with Google Ads and it will give me an ample of idea.

B2C, B2B keywords, they mixed together when I am selling my water faucet in foreign country, anyone might click，but they are not my customers, I am not selling locally and I sell in bulk with MOQ 500 pieces to quote.
