he had said that bank transfer is one of the best ways to avoid being blocked for this reason. so I'm waiting for him to answer in order to better understand. however, is your billing address the same as the advertising account?

Google has allowed crypto in some countries with necessary approval. Cloaking otherwise.
Product approval is easy, the issue is with compliance and some changes required on your content so it can work.
Cost per conversion is good. What is the conversion you are expecting? is it a lead based conversion? or a successful purchase?

Highly expensive way. Works well only with optimised accounts with good spend history.
Yes, CTR is the key here. If you optimise it well, you will be able to reduce the CPC.

Even if you still get suspicious error on Bank Transfer. It can be easily solve able by attaching bank statement in appeal form.

Hi there!
I understand that as a google partner your won't really want to answer this, but you are the expert to ask.
Suppose I had been banned and made the mistake to contact the support team directly which has decided to not reinstate my account and forces me to make a new one.
If I use a diffrent Payment method, google mail, domain, phone number, IP, new browser without cookies, what would you say is the chance on me not getting banned again?
The only things that would be the same are my name and my street adress.
The reason for the ban was a one time thing and there is not really another way for me to get banned.

Did something similar with a new adsense account in the past and it worked OK. Still active to this date.
I've used a New PC, IP (had another ISP on the house), google mail, cc, domains, servers (important!), freshly installed windows. However i didn't use my name, created an account with a family members name.
I've tried to do an appeal form, but until now there has been no response from Google. it's been about 12 days.. is there any solution sir?

why google ads are not high quality as facebook? facebook ads work straight out of the box,as soon as you start them. and google ads are more like shit popads or propeller. they suck so hard...

For Adsense it was important to have different IP for the new websites. Hosting them on the previous flagged server is a bad idea.
