I'm looking for someone who can boost my CTR artificially.

I need contact to a larger group of individuals based in EU who are able to do a search on google and click my website - wait 3 min and close the page.

I will of course pay for the job.

I'm looking for a long term relationship.

Does anyone know a firm or guy capable of doing this?

You know this has been done thousands of times using proxy servers and scripted embedded web browsers... I don't think I have ever heard of a documented case of it improving rankings... but that is the past I suppose... who knows what tomorrow will bring...

I think what you actually want is a bot writer to create a VB app that when given a list of preferably SOCKS proxies (perform better,better odds of being anonymous, less likely to appear on known proxy lists) will perform the desired actions... a settings page will let you set the target keyword, search result and tune the timings because if we assume it works then the next step is to find the optimal settings. Then you just need to subscribe to a service that provides a bunch of working proxies in your region of interest.

It is the kind of application that should take an experienced VB bot writer about two weeks to create.

I have also seen bot creation tools like https://ubotstudio.com/site/features/ used for simple bots like this.

Either way it is probably going to cost you around $1000 + the service costs for the proxies. (not a quote... just what you should probably expect in terms of ballpark prices I've seen in the past)

There are also CTR traffic providing services that might be more affordable, but the reviews of those services that I looked at didn't look very good... but that route also exists.

Faking Google SERP click through USED TO be effective and boost click through. This was years ago though... once people did it too much and the cat was out of the bag Google made it impossible. I have theorized that Google still cares about CTR, but they only measure it from sources they can verify. Such as only Chrome browser users, who are logged into Google Services from non-proxy IPs. In which case it would be so expensive to fake your CTR that you'd be better off spending money elsewhere. Also I have no way of testing this theory, so it too could be ineffective.
