[Article] Website ranks #2 with a site written in Latin

Interesting article from SEJ.

TLDR: There was a ranking challenge on a FB group. One website hit #2 for terms such as rhinoplasty plano with a website written nearly entirely in Latin.

This brings up interesting debates on the effectiveness of Google's algorithm.

Good read. No idea how it ranked, but have to point out, this keyword only gets 60 searches per month, and plano rhinoplasty 260, indicated by Ahref. (but consider the word is very profitable for sure)

Domain is literally EMD, with google map, and 40 links from review site, schema markups enabled, and old days page rank instead home page: www.xxx.com/keyword/

The only myth here is why they use Latin lol, maybe some wizardry.
