    Hi guys

I am building and managing a very large network of WP sites that I own in multiple markets (100+/market). I also have many free blogs (e.g. wordpress.com) (500+/market). On top of that there are articles that I submit to article directories, Squidoo, etc.

The problem is, managin all this in Excel is a pain in the neck. It takes me more to add an entry in Excell than it takes me to submit the article. So, I was wondering if anybody knows of a good article/post management software. The functionality I'm looking for is:

    - Multiple categories for sites - so I can have them split by type (my site, free blog, article directory) and market/group/project.
    - Multiple user support (ideally) - so I can have an account as an admin and make accounts for the writers.
    - Automatic submission on WP blogs and ideally to the other places.
    - Search & advanced search (date, category, etc.)
    - Link tracking - so I can see how many blogs & posts link to some other blog or post.

Ideally, this should be a web based application.

There are many other things that would be great to have, but even if it just offers a centralized interface to my database of articles it would be cool.

If anybody knows something like this please let me know. It doesn't matter if it is free or not.

If I can't find something good, I will eventually have to build my own. Answer the poll to let me know if you would find something like this useful, and post replies about how you're managing this now. Also let me know what functionality you would like to have in such a system. If I do eventually build and sell it, BHW members will get at least a nice discount ;) I hope however that I won't have to build it myself...

@suicyco: thank you, but is not really what I'm looking for.
