article autosubmit to directory pluging

Hi, i'm searching for a wordpress plugin that submit excerpts of my posts to article directories.

I don't know if it exists, but i think is a good idea if i can submit posts ( part of it) to article directories with my links and so increase links and rankings

(i'm newbie in seo and blogging, them i can be wrong, correct me for learn )
