it depends if you have used other seo software before, but generally yes also beginners can use it.
of course then it might have a bit more of a learning curve, depending on your technical level (i.e. if you are also a beginner with websites and/or wordpress).

No, it's not Argo's URL string structures there are used on these domains - I have already double checked
still the same thing can be done with argo too (and cloaking with finalcloak). also the url structure can be modified with .htaccess for example.
