Hey folks, I've been trying to resolve an issue for my client's FB account and can't get in touch with FB support.

They scheduled a call with me via chat and nobody called back at the agreed time. No response in the thread either after multiple followups.

Can't create a new ticket as I'm getting redirected to this open chat with no replies from their staff.

Anyone faced anything similar? Perhaps there's a workaround?

Any advice is appreciated!

Facebook's support system is pretty shaky right now, especially for unverified accounts or accounts that haven't spent much. You can also use another personal account to submit a support request, but you'll need to share ad account admin rights with that new account first.

you can give them feedback score. They are scared of it.
 
Give feedback store and voice out your mind. write comprehensively to express your mind and see what that results to
 
maybe it's a meta system bug. try to create a new support ticket (whatever the issue is) so you can get in touch with a real person and have them handle the same issue.
 
When support is unresponsive, the fastest way is to have another admin create a new case or change region to open a ticket, and request to “escalate” in the old chat.
 
If you profile is not verified, they may not contact you right away since they think it could be spam. That being said, if you really need to get in touch, look into verifying your profile.
 
You can use another account and reschedule. Change your phone number if you still don't get a call back.
