Hi guys I'm new here and I've seen some profiles in cleanfiles forum offering youtube views and likes for $$. My question is, are they really making money with it? How do they do it I mean I can generate 3000-4000 U2beviews credits in a day so does it mean I can make money out of this or they just need HR views?

Yes you can make money with it.
You can also make money by selling views from U2beviews. You can use almost any service like it.
You can also make money by getting credits on the U2beviews accounts (and others like it) and then selling the accounts. This might even be easier than selling the views, as the person buying knows exactly what he gets.

Yes. You can make some quick money with it. You can create fiverr gigs and sell them too.

Then ask yourself that question again

Of course you can make money with this either selling boosted accounts with credits or selling the views using the credits. Now the question is not are they making money with this, but rather are you making money with this? Take action!!

so where can I sell it? here , fiverr, other forums? can someone give me a little hint how much?
