Are these good warmup settings?

50 follows / day.
Like latest and oldest post of the target account.
add 20 follows everyday until I reach 500/day.
What do you think ? Is it safe or should I go lower than that ?

P.S: I'm using followplanner and 2 accounts added on an IG dedicated proxy.

Were you posting on these accounts using the bot or were you doing it manually?
