1. Removing GSC, GA, GTM and other parallel tracking codes, files and tags
2. Unique CC with unique Gmail plus GSC, GA, GTM
3. Switching IP Address or Hosting
4. Repeating 1 to 3 after reaching payment threshold

One things that I learnt from previous experiments and asking Google Ads community:

1. Payment method used in a account which is linked to another "Suspended" account would cause this problem. (So this is clear to me that they do parallel tracking from every of they product including Search Console, Analytics, Tag manager, Optimizer, YouTube, Google+, Data Studio and others)

Please dear honorable senior advise how to stay away from that freaking Google Ads suspension issue.
As this is black hat practice, we always finding stable solution after multiple experiments by sacrificing our times, efforts and money.

Hi,

Apart from your payment methods, Google biggest tools are to track IPs.

Can you please elaborate, what are GSC, GA and GTM ?

As mentioned above, ip is a major factor. You also need warm accounts before adding anything blackhat, like add white hat campaign, wait for clicks, then add another white hat campaign and wait for clicks, make small changes, and run your bh ads 5-8 days after creating acc. It works best for me when I'm patient and I'm going for it slowly. If you can manage tens - hundred accounts at one time, it isn't that hard make small changes and be patient with every acc.

Never use anything from google. I was using google chrome when I was on virtual machine only. You should use Firefox + ccleaner.

What kind of WH campaigns do you run? Can you elaborate your method in a new thread or something this looks great.

You don't need think about white hat campaign that much. All you need is :

1. white hat keyword for ad ( how to feed cat, marketing conference, html template, car cleaning service ),
2. clean website ( no banned, flagged and misleading keywords on landingpage like sex, pharmacy, drug, and no nude pictures )

Also, something I learned the hard way...don't make a large # of changes all in one day. And dont increase your bid or budgets dramatically. All of those things can trigger a review.

Exactly. If you increase budget too fast, or add too many ads or campaigns, you got check.

I am wondering if you have found a solution to your suspension issues? because I am have the almost the same issue currently with 100% suspension rate even tho I am going all whitehat.

If you, or anyone, have any advises or suggestions please do.
This is the thread where I explain everything:
