Are HTTP Proxies Really Good?

Yeah, proxy quality makes a huge difference, I’ve had the same issue before where a low-quality proxy leaked my real IP and triggered verification. Once that happens, it's hard to recover the account. It's a good reminder that cutting corners with proxies can cost more in the long run. Would be great to hear what providers others are using that have worked reliably for them without leaks.

If used for important purposes (security, transactions, work), you should prioritize reputable VPN or paid proxy.
 
socks5 is more popular now, i let my client use http stuffs. Let try it. About the proxy, post it on want to buy section, maybe some real good providers will come to you

you will require 4g proxy for social media
 
Actually this problem can be fixed even if your account is required to verify by uploading documents or videos, follow the instructions, after Facebook reviews, your account can return to normal operation.
 
Maybe you should consider residential or mobile proxies, which are better. Don't buy low-quality proxies just to get cheap.
