My Facebook account was verified because I used a poor quality proxy, revealing my real IP and was discovered by Facebook, they asked me to verify my documents or face. This incident shows that using a secure, leak-free proxy is extremely important when managing an account. If you know any reputable and secure proxy, please suggest.

you need to find a proxy agent with high signal and static ip. it will help you protect your whole profile

use mobile proxies generated by real phones, they are of higher quality, avoid residential proxies and data centers for social networks.

Yeah, that’s a tough lesson but a really important one. Facebook’s getting a lot better at catching weak setups especially if your proxy leaks your real IP or doesn't fully hide stuff like DNS or WebRTC. I’ve seen a few accounts hit with verification for the same reason. These days, using a solid, leak-proof proxy (ideally residential or mobile) is a must. Might cost a bit more, but way better than losing an account you’ve spent time building.

Why did you use poor proxies? For cheap prices? Don't. Just get a good proxy and you're good to go. Also use anti-detect browsers so they won't ban you from locating your device ID

It really depends. On mobile proxies, I typically just go for Socks protocol. If it's detection you want to avoid, consider what type of proxy you should be using (mobile proxy or residential, most others and VPN won't do much good for you on Facebook). Best of luck, I suppose.

For Facebook, you should use a mobile proxy or ISP, and prioritize SOCKS5 over HTTP for better security. Reputable providers like Proxyseller.com offer high-speed proxies with static IPs, effectively protecting your Facebook account.

That sucks, but yeah, it's a good reminder that proxy quality really matters. Leaky or low-quality proxies can easily expose your real IP. That's why test and check for yourself instead of blindly trusting marketing gibberish.

You should consult proxies from many providers before deciding which proxy to buy to avoid buying poor quality proxies.
