Are cheap hosts and domains scams?

big registrars like name.com,namecheap ,godady and bigrock also give cheap offers
they dont seem to be scam

Domain if .com, get it from NameSilo.
Then get hosting from Webhostface with 5 years plan.

The expensive ones probably are the dedicated servers etc. where your site is already well established and have lots of traffic. Otherwise, webhosts such as hostgator, bluehost, godaddy, namecheap, netfirms, etc. are all okay as they're large companies.
