are backconnect proxies (reverse proxies) better than regular proxies?

I am looking for an extra layer of protection when connecting to instagram from my bot. Would backconnect proxies be helpful in doing so?

Also, if they are better at concealing my IP, what are some good websites with backconnect proxies? I need a reliable, dedicated connection for a reasonable price per proxy.
