Are AI generated blog posts actually ranking long term?

article written with the assistance of AI will retain their rankings as long as they are valuable and contain the correct information. It also has to be in line with what the users are looking for. It is not about whether the article has been written using AI or not. It is all about the value of the content.

When many articles of poor quality have been created using AI they do lose their visibility after an update. however if the content has been well edited then it does perform well.

The bigger question for me is what happens six months later.

Even a solid post can lose relevance when its sources, examples or product details get old. AI makes it easy to publish more, but that also creates a lot more pages to maintain.
 
I've noticed the same thing it seems like AI can help with drafting but I'd expect long term results to depend more on content quality and useful updates over time I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has tracked AI assisted posts through recent updates
 
Everyone in this thread is arguing about whether AI content ranks, and honestly I think you're all polishing the deck chairs on the Titanic.

The real question isn't "does Google rank AI content." It's "how long does Google ranking matter at all."
 
I've seen way better results once I started blending my own stories or opinions into AI drafts - Google seems to eat that up compared to cookie-cutter posts. Sometimes I just riff on what the AI spits out instead of following its structure, too. If you sneak in quotes from actual sources or interviews, it really helps to set your content apart.
 
the AI generated content will have no problem ranking for a long time if it is practical well written and updated.however lowquality or uninteresting content will usually lose rankings eventually when Google evaluates its relevance and usefulness.
 
if the piece of content that has been written using ai assistance is useful and relevant and also true according to search queries of the user then the ranking of the site would definitely stay consistent over time.in my opinion the actual problem does not arise from the fact of ai being used or not but rather from the actual quality of the content which is being produced.
 
AI content usually drops after a few months but if you edit it well and add real value, it can hold. The key is making it actually useful, not just filler)

Depends because people copy paste the ai content to humanizer so it dosent detect Ai
 
Use AI humanized articles, schedule your posts or do manually if you like. I haven't even begun sprinkling in webinar, PDF, infographics and video content to my websites and I'm finding success. This is for local lead generation targeting keyword(s) in article.

I learned using human written articles on some sites but when I noticed all the AI content they sent I decided to get into it too.
 
Ai content are helpful index content quotes which need rewrite before posting on own webpage for copypass report and to fix content plagiarism to improve webpage index in serp than other ai copied content pages with copied content.

I’ve noticed that AI-assisted content is becoming common in publishing. In your experience, what factors make a blog post continue ranking long-term—especially content quality, originality, and regular updates?
 
if the content is actually useful and gives people what they came looking for then it can rank and stay there for a long time.quality and matching the search intent matters much more than just how the content was created.
