Application to Adscend media. Need help, information!

i'm totally new in CPA business. it will be my first CPA application.
i'm interested in Content Locker Pro v2.0 product so i need to get accepted by adscend or other incensive-able cpa network.
i need some questions, i also asked them in CPLv2.0 thread.
1)im signing up as publisher, right?
2)i should choose "incentives" as Promotional Methods. right?
3) i should choose "incentive website" as Primary Category. right? (i'm gonna lock a free report)
4) should i tell i'm gonna use CLPv2?
5)i will use highly targeted PPC campaign for my website with $50-70/day budget; is it helps me getting acceptance
6)are they gonna call me, i'm in a non-english speaking country.
7)any suggestion about how to increase acceptance chance? what are they want to hear?
8)are there any alternatives of adscendmedia for CPLv2.0? non-calling alternatives would be great. they should have incensive option. i know CPLv2.0 has refering blanking/faking option but i don't want to go BH with my first CPA business, but i'm open to those options also.
9) is it better if i just use their content locker or CPLv2.0 well worth it?

just as a side note, you dont need to use CLPv2.0 with adscendmedia, since they provide you with their own content locker

yes i know it. in 9th question, by saying " their content locker" i mean adscendmedia's content locker. thanks for reply,

5)it will help, but you shouldnt lie if you do not plan on doing this. Dont have to mention how much you plan to spend either

7)all they want to hear are legit ways you will provide leads for their offers (PPC, email marketing, etc)

2) If you're offering incentives, yes (ex: points, downloads etc. Unlocking is incentive)
3) Yes
4) Up to you. Doesn't make a difference
5) It may hurt if you mention it. Some offers don't allow direct linking. Just say PPC to your site.
6) They may. I did get a call and I'm from the states (and signed up with 100% accurate info.)
7) Sound competent, don't say you're going to try and defraud them or send bad referrals. Don't say you're going to hide the referral site. Don't say you're locking illegal content.
8) Check the CPA section
9) Depends on what you want to do. With CLP you can choose your offers whereas Adscends uses their own algorithm to show it. Adscends is also integrated into their servers so IMO more secure.

You need to provide a working website in order to be accepted by them. Or you will fail.

i heard it from other threads too, but i'm not so sure...
1)will they check how old website/domain is or how many visitors i get, google ranking, PR ect?
2)lets say i give them a website that i don't own. does that cause any problems?
3)do they check frequently after i get accepted? even i give them an owned site, i'm planing to apply it to different sites.

pls answer it with your experience, not with common sense or ethical values, this is BHW
PS: i'm not gonna fraud them. just want to get an acceptance, and wonder their moves so that i won't get banned from their network after i get accepted.

1. i submitted with a pretty new webside (1 month old) and only some posts, actually it was my first webside and pretty crappy...
2. i dont know
3. as i said, it was my first webside i submitted with and therefore took it off the web like one month after being accepted by adscend media,
though i am still a member.

and just btw: they didnt call me, though i am from europe^^

I can't answer all your questions, but they didn't call me when I got accepted. Just so you know

I applied with no website and got accepted. All I did was mention that I was going to be building websites dedicated to certain offer types to increase conversions and produce quality leads.

is any1 know if they check given website after getting accepted?
do they track where the signups come from?
how do they ban people from their network?
