Also note that in the U.K.case, Apple actually had to publicly apologise to samsung on Apple's own website and state that SAMSUNG had not copied their Products.

If Samsung really wants to beat the crap out of Apple,they would get a licensing deal with Marvel Studios to have an S voice option of having Jarvis from the Iron Man/Avengers movie as the voice for the program. They already have a much include a much better cpu and more ram then the iphone and ipad does in the top phones. Apple was to lazy to at least include a quadcore cpu for its latest iPad, I really do not see why anyone would buy a device with outdated specs compared to the alternatives on the market.
