Apple wins case against samsung

Just got the galaxy s3 last week. Perfect size, I like a bigger screen, and is super light and thin. Runs bullet fast. The iPhone 5 will have to really step it up because the s3 is the best smartphone ever on the market. Even with the 6 month advantage the iPhone 5 will have, it might just break even with the s3. Siri will be better than than S Voice, but that might be about it, and it will cost more because Apple products are always over priced because they are trendy.

If Samsung really wants to beat the crap out of Apple,they would get a licensing deal with Marvel Studios to have an S voice option of having Jarvis from the Iron Man/Avengers movie as the voice for the program. They already have a much include a much better cpu and more ram then the iphone and ipad does in the top phones. Apple was to lazy to at least include a quadcore cpu for its latest iPad, I really do not see why anyone would buy a device with outdated specs compared to the alternatives on the market.

Also note that in the U.K.case, Apple actually had to publicly apologise to samsung on Apple's own website and state that SAMSUNG had not copied their Products.

They didn't do that though, did they? Apparently they were going to appeal, haven't heard much since.

I just think Apple put more resources into developing Siri, S Voice is considerably slower and isn't that accurate for me. It's a worthless feature for me though, wouldn't use it. But Samsung can catch up in that department.

Samsung is the better than apple in creating smartphone...and iphone isnt friendly with other smartphone like sony,htc,nokia etc...and in my currency...samsung galaxy s3 is about rm1900 and iphone is about 2300...2300 and you cant even bluetooth song with other smartphone...!!

Samsung is focused on providing a better overall phone then worrying about a program like Siri
