Apple will kill over 200k apps.

bad news for a lot of app developers. Ios 11 will be released in a few months. And 200.000 aps will not be working on ios 11. I keep wondering why apple is fucking itself up lately. I have been an apple fan for ages but ever since the iphone 6s everything has been going downhill IMO.
I hope all app developers who read this will find a way around it.

Don't you worry. I'm sure it will just purge out all the shitty apps with little to no support.

I think it's great news! 200K apps that are sitting around, useless and not updated will be removed.

That means higher quality, more retention, and perhaps even more ASO opportunities will open up for newer, quality apps
