It will automatically install about 8 needed plugins, auto optimize the settings, and additionally SEO your blog for you. This works very good with other plugins.
One of the best free plugins I have ever used. It will also give you a ranking on how well your blog is optimized (0%-100% scale) so you know. Feel free to run this through virus, its all php code which is open.
Just a word of caution, if you have a well established blog and have not changed the permalink structure, sometimes the optimization can break links in articles. Of course if you put the structure back to what it was (easy), this fixes them. It creates its own permalink structure.
