I use tube increaser with the proxies given and they work very well indeed.

You can get free proxies from samair.ru. I guess you are using the 'X' version of tube increaser. That's why you don't know where to get the proxies. I cannot help you with tor but I know you can get the perl proxy extractor by searching this forum.
