All popular seo tools provide a lot of data that can help with this.
But it can be done for free if you follow manual approach.
Personally I prefer doing everything manually.

Stop listening to those who tell you you've been de-indexed, etc. None of my sites have ever been de-indexed. I'm not a writer, so I can't produce good copy, so I use AI for all my projects. If someone can't generate quality content with GPT-3.5 and GPT-4, they simply have no idea what prompt engendering is. It's like telling someone - "don't use Photoshop - it's total garbage, because I tried to paint a portrait of my girlfriend with it and she broke up with me when she saw the result!

I would love if you could share with us a content plan example that works for ya cause I am doing something similar and Want to add AI-generated content as a new channel of traffic to my business.
I use Ai tool like copymatic. I don't just generate my article and paste them, I go through them, edit and proofread everything that makes it sound more like an Ai. If you are well used to Ai writing, you will notice some use of passive voice, idea structuring etc. Ai has a format it uses in produces it content and explain it ideas.
If you can find your way around this during the editing stage, you will be able to make it humanized hence passing the detection algorithm.

Adsense will not get approved on blogs made with AI content. You will have to make manually written content and even it has to be of high standards.

That's not always the case if you know how to use AI to generate optimized content that ranks & converts.
AI content works just like any other good piece of relevant & meaningful content.

Not in my case I have been doing this for years now.
In past it was with spun, translated & auto-generated content.
Now I use AI content as it's better in terms of quality compared to spun, translated & auto-generated content.
I have made money using these auto-generated sites and am still making money from them.
The only difference I feel is I didn't learn SEO and IM but I understood how the system works and how it changes.
That helps me to adapt and grow with stability.
