I tested it twice on two sites 1500 articles. Rejected each time. Wont even rank. waste your time though.

Is it humanized content? Or easy to detect its written from AI?

Yes, it's humanized content. And I think that's not an issue if you are pointing out AI detection. because while working I found some of the real human content that are detected by AI tools, whereas my humanized content passes the AI tool detection. So I don't think it's really a big issue for now. Besides, I try my best to keep the content as real as possible with my edit.

Analyze your competitor's, check the top ranking pages in serps.
Mimic what they are doing and fill the gaps if any.
Follow a content structure & interlink relevant posts something like a silo structure.
That's the basic framework for a sucessfull content strategy for blogs and niche websites.
That's a tough topic I guess 
I heard a lot of different opinions and people literally fightning about if it's good or not. But I will try it for sure as it's quiet low effort and the fact that some of the human written content is flagged by AI detectors shows me that it can't make a super big difference unless your content is super AI like..
Btw I tried undetectable AI to humanize content and i noticed it just puts gramma mistakes in to the text and deletes commas.. pretty bad actually
