Hey,

for Instagram it is always best to use Mobile Proxies. I have been looking for one over the past weeks for my own instagram bot and found one proxy provider here at BHW. search for 4gnet dot online. I think they start form 29$/month.

for follow/unfollow mobile proxies is highly recommended, you will have a bunch of problems anyway, using other proxies will just get you more problems.
Also shared proxies are never a good idea.
