But i cant carry that around everywhereMight be dry air... during winter time i used to have my nose bleed because dry air indoors. I solved my problem with Air Humidifier. Good luck
As a med student, here is the best piece of advice I can give you:
GO SEE A DOCTOR!
Wearing a winter face mask might help (by keeping the air you breathe in humid and slightly higher than the outside temperature).
Also, when it's bleeding, pressing the area between the nasal bone and upper nasal cartilage might help stop it. THIS IS ONLY TO BE DONE FOR SYMPTOMATIC RELIEF! It won't cure the underlying condition you may have (hypertension, tumour, etc.).

Cheers guys going to the Doctors on Friday (1 week wait), kinda crapped myself when i read the words tumour in a few posts above.
1 week wait? :S Okay
Don't be to scared man. It could really be anything else. I used the tumour example to emphasize on the importance on seeing a real doctor (instead of asking for advice on a forum).
Don't be too worried about the tumour thing, especially if you haven't noticed any change in appetite or weight. If there is a mass, it might just be something benign that can be removed without any danger of metastasis. There might actually not be any mass at all. It could be something with your capillaries, clotting factors, blood pressure, etc.
Really, it can just be something very simple and curable/treatable. Don't worry too much about it. The doctor will take it from here. You can keep us updated if you want (I, personally, would like to know what's up).
