Anyone here fat like me?

    Hello,

    I think I need to do something serious about this, I'm fat and I'm finding it difficult to even walk and go upstairs. I weight about 100 kg.

    Anyone here fat like me? Or anyone here working on loosing weight. I need some inspiration and I want to hit the gym. Is going to gym the best way to lose weight, or you think I should just go for a walk in the park. How many km should I walk per day. I don't have much money so a personal trainer is not the way.

    Go swimming, it's good for fat loss and it's easy on the joints.

    Eat meat and vegetables man. Then I would start with walking progress to jogging then finally to interval sprintes 3-4x week if you dont have money for gym or trainer. Weight loss is 80% diet. If your joints are an issue then do the same progression i mentioned but on a bike.

    100kg is hardly fat unless you are a 4ft 3" Asian female. Im 90KG and in good shape.

    You dont need any fancy training plans or diets. Move more eat less thats really all there is to it.

    if you want to lose weight VERY fast, drink only water for 1 week, and exercise for 4 hours each day cardio. you will need to practise this, as its too difficult to do right away, have 3-4 tries, then go for a guaranteed effort. your weight will drop off like magic. then ease your eating slowly with small portions back into your diet, as other posters say, veg and fruit, and reduce your exercise to 1 hour a day, and continue from there.

    Whats your height? As above 100kg for a male around 6 ft isn't fat. I suffered a health issue last year which led to me putting on nearly 20kg!!! I'm back to full health now so started back at the gym 2 weeks ago and got my diet in shape.
    As mentioned diet and nutrition is key to losing weight, exercise speeds it up.

    I have lost 3kg in the last 2 weeks with eating right and hitting the gym!

    I lost like 5 kgs while i was using garcinia cambogia, what it does is suppresses your appetite, you dont feel like eating so you lose weight pretty easily. I lost 5 kg in a month, but i also did like 20-30 mins a day(5 times a week) cardio.

    Seriously, im around 85kg and dont consider myself overweight. I was a bit heavier a while back and to lose weight i just started doing more and eating better. As someone else said,plenty of water too

    Cut out carbs..Eat chicken and greens and salad and most important drink lots of water...Once you get some weight off of you do jumping jacks and run in place for awhile..Once that gets easy for you do P90X3...I'm in my second round of P90X3 and it shreads the fat off you...

    Join Gym Bro. 100kg is fat. I am 67Kg and goes to Gym 3-4 days a Week to keep myself healthy. Every person who work on Computer Must do 3-4 days a Week Gym to keep himself healthy for Long run.

    I don't know where you have been but a large percent of the questions here aren't SEO related at all, and that's fine if there posted in the correct place.

    But agreeing with what others have said OP, remember that the majority of weightloss is diet related. low carbs, high protein, lots of cardio. But whatever you do, do not listen to the morons that are telling you to "eat less" or "don't eat and just drink water for a week".

    With there advice yes you will lose weight faster, but you will put it back on just as fast if not faster if you start dieting like a normal human being again...

    The key to losing weight efficiently is revving that metabolism of yours up, which is most likely dormant right now, so that you can lose weight, while also being able to eat just as much if not more than you were before.

    Let me be simple and frank.. ALL the fads you see on the internet all the diet books magic pills etc WONT do ANYTHING... keeping in shape or losing weight is simple.. it's practically 85% diet and the rest working out.. don't think about what workout to do or how to lose weight or over complicate things.. just go to the gym and eat good..

    If you procrastinate you'll never lose weight so GO workout and within a month or two depending on the intensity of your cardio or whatever you'll be in amazing condition, good luck!

    Consider for a moment that encouragement of irrelevant posts might be part of the problem.

    I've been here long enough to know that a new member that has a working computer, active Internet connection, mental capacity to find BHW and ambition to register a BHW account has more than sufficient resources to learn about weight loss if he's serious. Thinking he'll find any earth-shattering weight loss revelations or even motivation on BHW is quite a stretch (pun intended).

    Sorry for the interruptions; carry on regurgitating weight loss advice and methods easily found on millions of web pages to someone that already knows the answers. How silly of me to visit an SEO forum expecting relevant conversation. Carry on, as you were.
