Anyone have a Youtube Embedding site?

I have a 2 months old Youtube embedding site in the cars niche. Problem is, I'm not sure if this is sustainable because of copyright? I've seen a couple Youtube embedding sites also adult sites which embed Pornhub videos and are running just fine. I'm just wondering, (before I put money into the site), if I end up placing ads will I no longer be embedding the content under fair use? If I do get a copyright complaint I'd take down the video instantly obviously but it would suck if I have to take down the whole site in the future..

Anyone running a Yt embedding site? Sustainable? Or am I wasting my time?

Yes it is fine. YouTube videos are meant to be embedded.

If a video creator/owner wants to control their intellectual property, they can disable the embed feature.

If you embedded YouTube in your sites is good no matter in it, but don’t download and upload in your site then it will be copyright issue. You are clear to go.
