Anyone got hit or ranked by Google Core Update

One of my money sites has been hit. Literally hit the floor in terms of organic traffic. Strange because it has such a clean backlink profile and really good original content. However, organic traffic to a blog I've been working on has increased by around 250%.

So not all bad news.

Did they update it a month ago before the core SEP update?
