I don't write down what I have to do, it's right in front of me, dammit! lol when I finish this project, then I have 2 others and all my admin. I do keep a bookmark of all my tasks I should do though. I think that's key, you have to understand what you shouldn't be doing as well as what you should. All successful people are high-performance procrastinators. I have things like checking website stats, checking earnings, checking sales, etc., but I'll check them myself, I don't need something to remind me, I just use curiosity.
I've tried Monday.com, clickup, and a couple of others, but nothing I feel is as good as just writing down on a blank doc what needs done or spreadsheet, if you are thinking about lots of parts.
Anything that needs done, I just do it right away, when the issue arises.
I tried writing everything down in Todoist in my teens and it sooo didn't work for me... I try to do things right away, the rest I have on my Google Calendar (service delivery deadlines, sales calls, visa deadlines, bills deadlines, etc). It's more that I sort tasks by importance in my head, so outreach and sales dms/calls right away, part of service delivery as fast as possible after I get the money, when I have more time other things. When I'm free/bored suddenly everything else gets done eh.Well, no. I keep track of the things which I need to do in my mind. And I don't procrastinate.
I have three jobs in different places and in different areas at the same time. And - yes, I try to make notes about each place separately. It helps when transitioning to a new job.i hope am not the only one writing every 3 days what i will do the next 3 days and focus on, sometimes it feels weird lol![]()
I do mostly do this too. However I still use pen and a paper to write down. It helps me when i write iti hope am not the only one writing every 3 days what i will do the next 3 days and focus on, sometimes it feels weird lol
