Anyone else using notes to write what they will do which day?

I do keep a written to-do list next to me on a white board notebook, I have my master list in an AI calendar. I'm able to block off work, events, etc and then I can just chuck in tasks with priority and a due date. Then the calendar fits them in between everything else. Main reason I switched to this method is I'd just start a new list on the next page of the notebook and ignore those one or two things that eventually need to get done, but I don't want to do right now. Now they keep showing up and annoying me until I do them. ;-D

I use the basic Reminders + Notes from my Mac + iPhone. Using this combination for 2 years and it's more than enough.

In reminders I have folders sorted per projects with tasks for each + deadlines and in the same desktop half are notes, where I just write random stuff while working that might convert into tasks in reminders.

Recommend it for Apple users!)

Yes, with pen and paper. Every night I write what to do the next day. Same with ideas, write them down so they don't keep using space in my head. I have about 20 notebooks full with ideas from the last 5 year :alien:

I use a simple check-list app on my phone which is on the home screen.

One list is what I do pretty much every day, washing clothes, maintenance tasks, etc, and the other is what needs to be done 'tomorrow'.

I also use a pen and my diary as it's right infront of me when I'm working. The phone is when I'm in bed, at the gym etc.

Seems to work. I just need a VA to sort some of the mundane/repetitive tasks.

I use todoist to plan out my weeks, days etc. It works great but I'm going to experiment with a pen and paper too
I also use this app. Having a plan and structure definitely helps to stay productive along with goals and targets.

I used pen and paper previously but it always got into a mess and I often ended up copying things over to a new sheet which was time consuming.

Nowadays I write so little that I find it really difficult when I do!

This is an amazing number. I have to admire your perseverance and execution ability. I only do what I think of. This is why I have not succeeded.:D
