Anyone Else Have Success With 1 Cent Adwords Clicks?

Guys, please tell me:

Is that possible to get 1 cent CPC on content network targeting USA!
I used to generate thouthands of impressions some days ago targeting all countries and territories at 1 cent a click.
But for USA traffic the ads are just not running!

What difference does it make ater all between Worldwide and USA targeting in terms of bidding?
And how can I get 1 cent click for USA?

I am tired of these places that pay 0.1 cent a click. You'd have to click 100K things to make $100. Are'nt there vetter places?

I set this up as well in the last couple of days. I've only gotten a few impressions and zero clicks. I'm not surprised about having zero clicks, I purposely have a bad ad copy just to see if the impressions came through first (kind of "pre-qualifying" keywords first. Long story.) Anyway, I'm in a pretty competitive niche and although I'm only bidding .01 per click, G says my ads are ranking in the first position. By the way, I also set my ads to only display on English speaking sites which I thought would help quality-wise.
So I'm not super surprised I don't have tons of impressions either, but how could I go about getting more impressions? I don't really think I need to raise my bid if I'm ranking #1 with .01. Or will that get my ad in more places by bidding higher?

I'm thinking this still works. Apparently, my account hadn't updated for almost 24 hours. When I went back and looked later, I had 12,000+ impressions for the day on 20 or so keywords. Only 2 clicks, but like I said before, I have a pretty bad ad copy so that's expected.
