Anyone Else Have Success With 1 Cent Adwords Clicks?

As far as i know there is no way to change the currency right ?

I have set up my adwords acc on my local currency and it makes difference... Same like for pounds, euros etc.

To be honest with you, I havent tried changing the currency! I dont even know how!

Is there anyway to change the Currency? I'll change it from Pounds into Dollars instead, should make the money in my Adwords account stretch even further!

Im currently testing with 1014 Keywords

You don't say if you're opted-in to the display network only, but if you are not (using search and display in same campaign), strongly advise to split up campaigns search only and display only. They are totally different and should be treated differently.

The other thing is that 1014 keywords is way too many in one group for the display network, if that's what you're doing. Adwords will only look at the first 50 and ignore the rest. Since it goes by themes and tried to match your theme(s) based on your keywords and those pages on the network, you're just not helping the system along to show your ads on appropriate pages. For the display network, it's best to target specific sites.

I will be setting this up tonight. Ill keep you all posted.

Please post profits from this method if possible. Would like to see
how the 1 cent click conversion rate compared to the normal cost per
click.

All other newbies who are into this method, Please post your experience.

I have success with $0.00 clicks:P

All you have to do is make new accounts and add free vouchers you can get.

And you dont even need cc :)

But yeah in terms of $0.01 clicks. In order to make it work, you really do need a lot of keywords otherwise you will be getting low number of visitors..

Do you know if this would work with geographic targeting?

Yes please... I would be thankful...

I've been testing 0 cent clicks on facebook and it worked... now ill test 1cent clicks on adwords so I wanna "hear" more about it from the people who tried it already ;)

Good luck buddy!

How did you get 0 cent clicks on Facebook?
Please PM me the secret! :D

i pm'ed you... the answer on your question is in my signature ;).

Cheers

First of all I am not selling any particular program or how to manual but I downloaded a manual from this website detailing how to get clicks for 1 cent on Google. I had been paying a minimum of $5 per click in the highly competitive education field I advertise in so I was highly skeptical about getting clicks for a penny. I created a campaign yesterday and the ads were approved around 7am this morning. By 11:30am today I have over 4000 impressions and 8 clicks for a total cost of .25 CENTS!!! (which would have cost AT LEAST $40 before). My conversions are about the same in my CPA account and I will be able to get many, many more clicks per day than ever before AND I can cut my daily campaign cost to just $10. I have attached a screen shot as proof. If anyone has had experience or success with doing the 1 cent (or other low cost clicks) let's discuss it. If you downloaded the manual and haven't given it a try yet I highly recommend you do it now!

* In all fairness I am not spending 1 cent per click, I have my max bid at 5 cents per click because 1 cent just seemed to low for me. *
you mean you have a software to reduce click cost?

the super-low cost is accomplished through a combination of several factors:

using content network & image ads
getting traffic from 3rd world countries
using thousands of random keywords

all of these factors decrease the targetedness of the traffic to the point where you're pretty much buying garbage clicks from people who:

aren't interested in your product
can't read english
don't own a credit card

of course the low quality is balanced by the fact that it's really cheap. the real question is - is this traffic still higher quality than $0.01 cent clicks brought from other 2nd tier search engines?
since it IS adwords, i think it's still worth experimenting with :)

also, the guide says you shouldn't direct link because google might ban you. imo direct linking would never work with this kind of traffic in the first place due to the fact that it's ridiculously untargeted. you'd almost certainly need a pretty epic presell page to pull conversions out of traffic like this.

80% of the world makes under $10 per day. i'd love to see the presell page that can sell a $97 teeth whitening kit to one of these people :P

the clicks are 1 cent because you're scraping from the bottom of the barrel ;)

lol? how do you guys do that i've read through the thread and it seems like everybody knows how to do it but i can't read like anywhere how to do :( ?!

Taco, you are correct on most of your points. You should be able to get one cent clicks on all networks and for both image and text ads. As you point out, doing it with thousands of random keywords, if that's what this book says, you'll get un-targeted and junk traffic. It's also the total opposite of what you should be doing.

Thousands of keywords is ridiculous because the system (Adwords) looks only at the first 50 anyway. The best way to use content network is target the sites more likely to be interested in your offer, not every single site in the universe. Targeted traffic converts much better. There's no balance there, regardless of cheapness. Your goal should be to get quality, targeted traffic.

You won't get banned from direct linking. That's a myth. It's linking to page that don't follow their rules that get you banned.

As you say, one cent is scraping the bottom of the barrel. Again, the idea is to get quality traffic, not tonnes of it, even if it does cost only one cent.

If you really want one cent clicks, bid one cent. Target your traffic as well. But remember that if you bid higher, you'll get more traffic, ten-fold and probably a hundred-fold. Up to the individual advertiser what they want to do.
