Anybody knows about a software or method to create posts based on keywords automaticallye from pc

Anybody knows about a software or method to create posts based on keywords automatically.. I mean for example I have a txt. file with keywords and the software automatically creates a post for each keyword and upload the article or content for the post....

I don't want an autoblog software that scraps content.... im looking for a software or a method to upload content from my pc... any idea? thanks
