Are there any wordpress plugins out there that assist in helping posts/pages get indexed any faster ?

Yoast SEO, as simple as that.
Just check the options and adjust everything to your needs.

PS: Don't forget to let Google crawl your site with Webmaster Tools and make sure your robots.txt is alright.

yeah I'm well aware of Yoast and SEO plugins. I meant anything else maybe "specifically" for assisting indexing. I don't have a problem indexing the homepage of any site or even a handful. But for sites of mine with loads of posts I havent really been able to index them all "fast" with my regular stuff.

Hi Friends, as lots of comment here saying Yoast SEO can help, there is another one maybe better ALL IN ONE SEO plugin, also make sure in webmaster to include working sitemap, and robots.txt.
but i see that you searching some other thing...So here it is, if you need something to faster index your page and free you can include in your wordpress and use ping update services it can help really fast to spread and index your pages.

Yoast does everything well for me. It really takes care of most of it. Now to look into website speed performance plugins.
