how do you do SEO for Weebly?

I have a Weebly website for a real time local service I provide and the Weebly templates come with SEO optimization.
I tried to insert images to show you but I got a message that my post was spamlike?

Basically each page has a SEO set up including Page Tittle, Page Permalinks, Meta Keywords, Footer code and header code.

I have not done much with my site since it is a small local niche but I have done a few back links and I try to use keywords when posting/updating.
I am currently looking into installing Wordpress themes on Weebly.
Since I can host up to 10 domains on my account, I might as well host my blog/affiliate marketing site there.
