Any way to message Instagram support?

Hey all,
just had a post removed for violence or threats of violence, even though it involves no violence,
(its a short story). Any ideas on how I could contact Instagram support to appeal this? The main problem is that a post being removed causes a 2 week shadowban.

You can report a problem in the app, but I highly doubt they'll ever respond.

Go to Facebook, there you can request Facebook or Instagram support.

There is no way to send message to Instagram apart report of issue even only in Instagram app.
