Any way to import facebook emails to group?

Is there anyway i can invite them through an import. The only option i see is invite by email and when i try to paste, seems there's a little space and i don't like to do this one by one. Any help would be appreciated.

I want to do a similar thing... upload all members from my current page, and invite them to join a new page. how can that be achieved?
