Any Views Network such as Vagex, Enhance Views ect. Working Again?

Do to the YouTube update a few months ago it seemed like it was impossible to buy any views, likes, or comments from any network such as Vagex, Enhance Views, ect and have them work on videos without getting them taken down...Does anyone know if any of these sites have done any updates and are working on YouTube again without basically getting videos taken down and accounts banned???

I use Vagex but i have made to 301 + and than i had add 300 or more high retention views from them and after 5-6 days i have 143 views on youtube page.So i have lost 168 views )) likes, favorite, comment also don't work...

Only site that works that I have come across is AMF. Megaviews is heavily filtered just like the rest of the exchanges.
