Any Upload Python Method working for Instagram

Hey Guys
Title Question. I m looking for any option to upload images from my local system with a caption to instagram.
Pybot, Instabot and many more were good but now i can't get them to work.

Anyone knows how to do it?

From what I have seen the days of running python bots for IG are over.

Instagram knows when it's being posted that way as well, I would stick to manual posting or running emulators.
