I am not sure . because i found it an adult twitter page . they keep this link as affiliate marketing. that is not specific link

First you have to do some changes on your video uploading platform ik this for youtube
- Visit Video Manager by clicking on your account icon.
Click on ‘Creator Studio’ then ‘Video Manager’. - Find the video you want to add a clickable link to then click Edit>Cards.
- Add Card
- Create - Next to the link
- Under the “Associated website” tab, choose your site’s URL from the ‘Select site’ drop down.
- You can then add the card title, text. You can also upload an image
- Click Create card.
