I am not sure . because i found it an adult twitter page . they keep this link as affiliate marketing. that is not specific link

First you have to do some changes on your video uploading platform ik this for youtube

1. Visit Video Manager by clicking on your account icon.
   Click on ‘Creator Studio’ then ‘Video Manager’.
2. Find the video you want to add a clickable link to then click Edit>Cards.
3. Add Card
4. Create - Next to the link
5. Under the “Associated website” tab, choose your site’s URL from the ‘Select site’ drop down.
6. You can then add the card title, text. You can also upload an image
7. Click Create card.
