I want to become a SEO since i have experience in PPC advertising and i want to create an agency/company. where should i start? how do i start? i already have a team that willing to work with me and they also have an experience in PPC advertising.

You can learn SEO on your own there's plenty of information on YouTube and forums, including many leaked courses. The only issue is that you’ll have to structure everything yourself. Another challenge will be applying your knowledge in practice. You could try getting a job as an assistant to an SEO specialist, for example, to gain more experience and start putting what you already know to use. I think that’s roughly it

Start with the basics and practice on your own site. Read free guides, watch YouTube, and use Google Search Console to see real results. SEO makes more sense when you learn by doing, not just watching.

Since you already have PPC experience and a team, you’re in a strong position.

Start by learning solid SEO fundamentals like technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building. Then build and rank your own website first so you have proof of results. Position your agency as a performance marketing company that combines SEO and PPC, not just “another SEO agency.” Create 2–3 simple service packages focused on outcomes, then start outreach through LinkedIn, cold email, or freelance platforms. Your PPC background gives you an advantage because you already understand keywords, intent, and conversions.
