Any tips for avoiding getting banned on Telegram?

Are there some ways to make the account look more trustworthy for Telegram?

So far I only know that:
- telegram premium helps
- messaging with a few other accounts helps (meaning texting with other users)
- the older the account the better

but besides that...what's else out there? I need the black hat sauce here xd

I'm also struggling to keep my accounts trustworthy and keeping them from being banned, still no tips or any obvious practices yet, leaving my reply here to wait for your help
