Any smoker here?

I am one, been smoking since I was 13, no intention of quitting. In my garden, under the UK sun having a smoko while I read this
Mostly 1 and a half or 2 packs, sometimes 3 packs a day, same here. Luckily 1 pack is cheaper here, $1.80
I can go on without cigarettes for days, once i am back on the PC, i can't do tasks if i don't smoke at least 1 each 30 minutes.

Try out to switch to Vape.. then after vape, switch to disposable vape.. then you'll eventually quit :D
I'm a smoker myself but I've seen my sister did that and succeed.
she been smoking for 30 years. Yes, 30.

Well, imo vaping has better flavor than cigarettes. And more options too. On rare occasions I'll still smoke one, but mainly sticking to the electronic stuff
I should think about that too. Juul maybe

I started at 15 .. gave up when my first kid was born at 29.. just stopped entirely (did read the alan carr book which oddly helped) and lasted 6 years smoke free until a holiday abroad when I had a few with beers and ended up back on them .

Gave up again at 40 but found it tougher. Lasting a few weeks and a month here and there until I gave vaping a try. It was enough to do the trick. I just keep one of the small electric cigs in my back pocket and use it when I get the crave (try menthol it’s better than the fake nicotine tastes).. 6 years on and not been back on them.

My grandad died of lung cancer, heavy smoker.. but he was mid 80’s .. had a good life. I still remember him saying “never start smoking son” to me before he went past the point of being aware of things. He didn’t know I already did. :-(

Smoker and a drinker. I tend to smoke more when i am drinking.

move to california , n smoke that ganj lol

It is possible to quit , it's a mental thing.

Marijuana is legal where I am so that helps me stay away from ciggies sometimes :) however it's not great for productivity IMO.

Honestly, assuming you're not overweight, replace them with food as much as you can. I drive often (which is when I used to chain smoke most), and now i'll bring some sunflower seeds anytime I go on a long ride, and chew on those! My doctor told me I could gain ~100 pounds before the health consequences of obesity are even close to that of cigarette smoking.

Smoking related illness kills about half of users, so it would certainly be in your best interests to quit!

Hey man. I'm a 'quitter'. It's been almost 2 years since I sucked in my last puff. The only thing you need to do to quit is - be mentally ready to face HELL for at least 2 weeks after kicking the butt. The first 2 weeks are pure hell....if there's hell after life, it would definitely be like those 2 weeks. Be prepared for it. Stay strong. If need be, lock yourself up at home with a ton of movies, comfort food stocked and don't come out...because if you meet people, you're likely to snap at them for no reason. That's how mentally tortured you'll be. After the first 2 weeks, it's going to be a little easy. you'll start behaving like a normal human but the cravings will still be there, don't give in. It takes at least 2 months for you to take the craving out of your system....but you can do it. As long as you are prepared for the worst, you shall prevail....quit the butt bud...it is not worth it. I am a fit guy. I do basic workout, apart from playing badminton everyday. Even then, the smokes almost gave me a stroke, pushing my BP up to the high 170/130s. Smokes are pure poison man. QUIT. Don't wait for the 'right' time, do it now.....and don't try to reduce it gradually and all that crap...that doesn't work. If you want to quit, just QUIT.

I was doing smoking regularly but now I am almost quit it. But sometime I smoke like with drinks and if I am going for travel.

I use to smoke, not a heavy smoker but I smoked enough and I quit because I felt unhealthy and felt like it affected my appearance. I think the odd cigarette is fine, if you on vacation, or having some drinks on the weekend sitting on a beautiful patio.

I saw healthy people with glowing skin and I'm like I want to be healthy, grow my business with a healthy mind and look good.

I think smoking is a really silly habit and says a lot about you & your mindset.

it might sound pretty silly but i think you should try it.
never bought a lighter and never bring lighter wherever you go. i mean like NEVER

but you can stil bring your ciggarete.

i think you got my point ?

Ps Forgive my bad english
