Yes, can anyone recommend me any Bulk WhatsApp Sending Software.

Which is reliable and is updated regularly.

The one in the BHW marketplace isn't working i guess as the OP is not responding in his thread.

@Crazyfire that is not what i am interested in, I have no knowledge of building any software also I don't want any headache to update it myself.

I want a readymade software or a plugin which i can use be it paid or free.

What exactly is that you are not interested? To team up with a developer who knows how to build such kind of stuff and who needs one for himself?
