Any plugin recommendations?

I want to my Wordpress website to have a warranty checking section where my clients can check their warranty is still valid and some other info about the service we have give to them. We will add these information manually by ourselves.

I used to do this with a plugin called “Custom searchable data entry” but unfortunately the plugin discontinued updates and doesn’t work anymore.

Kindly suggest me some plugins which can do this. Thanks in advance.
