Any place to sell a non running SaaS?

I made a SaaS a couple months ago but the Facebook developer account managing the API credentials got terminated so the SaaS is completely useless to me.
It's an AI ad generator with an automatic campaign creator, so basically an automatic advertiser. I understand that it's unlikely since there are no revenue numbers but I just can't live with the feeling I spent 1.5 months straight developing it just for it to be killed without a chance to shine.
