Any opinions on Shopify Lite ?

Hey everyone,
I was just wondering if any of you have tried Shopify Lite ?
What are your opinions on it ?
I read about it but there are some things I don't understand. Do you still need a website, how does it integrate, does it handle payments ?

shopify lite enables you to use facebook and messenger as your store, they don't provide you a regular online store. you can run your facebook page as your store in that case.

I also read that you can post products on your existing website but apart from a little text saying "integrate shopify lite with you website" I can't seem to find any additional info.

yes you can, the only difference it makes majorly is by not providing you any online store on shopify site. Functionalities you receive majorly are payment merchant integration and creating/organizing products which you can do through any other cms using magento/wordpress/etc.

Any opinions on Shopify Lite ?
